CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 64(JUD)(efd fld) "An Act relating to                    
civil liability for workplace safety inspections" was before the Senate        
in third reading on reconsideration.                                           
                                                                               
Senator Donley moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR                   
SENATE BILL NO. 64(JUD)(efd fld) be returned to second reading                 
for the purpose of a specific amendment, that being Amendment No.              
7.                                                                             
                                                                               
Senator Kelly objected, then withdrew his objection.  There being no           
further objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 64(JUD)(efd fld) was                 
returned to second reading.                                                    
                                                                               
Senator Donley offered Amendment No. 7 :                                        
                                                                               
Page 1, lines 11 - 13:  Delete "a carrier and an employer or agent             
or agent of the carrier, a trade association of which the employer is          
a member"                                                                      
                                                                               
 Insert "a corporation that qualifies for nonprofit status under               
26 U.S.C. 501(C)(3) or (4)"
